Keystone Group has been a trusted partner in commercial and industrial real estate for more than two decades. Founded by R. Ziper and F. Rückersberg in Langen near Frankfurt, we specialise in acquiring and developing high-quality properties for our own portfolio.
Today, Keystone comprises six location-based companies and two specialised service companies with a team of 15 experts. Our core services include asset management, financing structuring, and comprehensive technical and commercial property management for the entire group portfolio.
Our largest subsidiary, T-Park GmbH, operates the Troisdorf Industrial Park, which spans over 100 buildings and serves as a major hub in our network.
